Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Role and responsibilities:
This role comes with training and a progression plan to develop into a senior recruitment consultant.
A successful consultant will research their local market, network and connect with Hiring Managers, HR and Procurement contacts. Your objective is to understand their varying recruitment needs through effective questioning and fact-finding, both via the telephone and in person.
Once you understand the Hiring Managers requirements, it’s your responsibility to find a selection of the best candidates in the market to present to your client. In order to be successful, a pipeline of potential candidates needs to be sourced. Therefore, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills are essential.
The successful candidate should come from a sales or recruitment background, be energetic, resilient, and have an inquisitive nature and strong work ethic.
